As explained here, the Diplomatic and Official Visa for Zambia is issued to career diplomat or consular officer of a foreign government recognized by the Government, or a representative of a prescribed international organization which is accepted by the Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs; other officials or employees of a foreign government or international organization; a member of the immediate family of the above mentioned and on reciprocity basis, attendants, servants and personal employees of the dignitaries.
