Visa Hunter’s Miscellaneous Tips for Syria Visas
- The guys responsible for extending visas, permits, etc. in Syria, the Maktab al-Hijrah wa al-Jawazat (The Office of Immigration and Passports), don’t have a strong web presence at all. I recommend you get to Syria and ask around once you are there.
- If you plan to stay in Syria for longer than 15 days, register with the Syrian immigration authorities by your 15th day. You’ll find offices in most of the big cities around the country.
