If you are considering residing in Macedonia for work, study, or other purposes, you are going to need to get a Residence Permit (issued by the Ministry of the Interior). After you secure the residence permit, you are then going to need to apply for a single entry Long Stay Visa for Macedonia.
The website that has all the information on these processes is here at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Macedonia. The relevant documents are posted on the right side of the page. You are going to have to use a translation tool like Google Translate in order to convert the content into your language.
(Go to my Macedonia visa page for information on other types of visas for Macedonia.)
