Lithuania Visa General Information and Eligibility

- Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to Lithuania: No
- Lithuania is a party to the Schengen Agreement. As such, U.S. citizens for business or tourism are permitted to stay in the Schengen area for 90 days without a visa within a six-month period.
- All foreigners from non-European Union countries seeking entry into Lithuania must carry proof of a medical insurance policy contracted for payment of all costs of hospitalization and medical treatment in Lithuania.
- Visa required for non-U.S. citizens before you go to Lithuania:
- If you are on this list, you do not need to get a visa for Lithuania.
- Where to find the Lithuania Embassy or Consulate closest to your place of residence:
- If you’re inside the U.S., you will need to refer to the Lithuania embassy or consulate that services your State (based on your jurisdiction).
