Jordan Visa General Information and Eligibility

- Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to Jordan: No
- Jordan issues visas to U.S. citizens for a fee at most international ports of entry and at most international land border crossings upon arrival.
- Visas are not issued upon arrival at the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge land border crossing.
- U.S. citizens are typically given visas that are valid for 30 days.
- Foreigners who wish to stay longer than the time limit given to them by Jordanian immigration upon entry into Jordan must register at a Jordanian police station before expiration of that time limit.
- Visa required for non-U.S. citizens before you go to Jordan:
- Citizens of the countries on this list require a visa before traveling to Jordan.
- Citizens of the countries on this list DO NOT require a visa before going to Jordan.
