Czech Republic Permanent Residence Permit

I’ll break everything down for you below about how to go about how to get the Permanent Residence Permit for the Czech Republic.
- If you’re inside the U.S., you need to find your nearest Consulate or Embassy based on the state you live in. Click here.
- If you’re outside of the U.S.: Click here.
The official list of required documents is here at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
- It is always good practice to go to your Embassy or Consulate website (see Step 1) to confirm what the latest visa fees are.
Submit your required materials from Step 2 and visa fee from Step 3 to the Embassy or consulate you found in Step 1.
Congratulations! The Embassy or Consulate of the Czech Republic will give to you your brand new Czech Republic visa!
