Central African Republic Tourist Visa
Central African Republic is definitely one of those place way off the beaten track. I’ve lived in Mauritius and South Africa and have traveled extensively to other countries in Africa either on business or as a tourist. However, if you want to see “real Africa,” there are few other countries that can compete with the Central African Republic.
I’ll explain below how to get a tourist visa to this exotic place. Unfortunately, because they have no website, this has led to a lot of wrong information on the internet concerning the visa fees. I’ve been in touch with the Central African Republic Embassy in Washington D.C. and can confirm the process and fees as of this writing are as per below.

Submit your required materials from Step 2 and your visa fee from Step 3 to the consulate you found in Step 1.
