- Washington D.C. Consulate* (Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming)
- New York Consulate (Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont)
- Houston Consulate (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas)
- *Note that the Washington D.C. Consulate will process visas of applicants of any jurisdiction, provided the applicant comes in person to the consulate.
