Nepal Residential Visa
If you are coming to Nepal to reside, you are going to need to get the Nepal Residential Visa. There are more reasons for eligibility for this type of visa than I have space on this page, but for the whole scoop you can read this boring document prepared by the Department of Immigration.

I’ll break everything down for you below about how to go about getting the Nepal Residential Visa.
Go to the Department of Immigration.
- The official form for this visa is provided here by the Nepal Department of Immigration.
- Be sure to call them up ahead of time to confirm the required documentation you will need.
The official visa fees are posted here at the Ministry of Home Affairs website. You will need to scroll down the page and go to Appendix 9 (Part 8).
Submit your required materials from Step 2 and visa fee from Step 3 to the Nepal Department of Immigration.
Congratulations! The Ministry will give to you your brand new Nepal visa.
