I’ll break everything down for you below about how to go about getting the Saudi Arabia Diplomatic and Official Visa.
Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to Saudi Arabia: Yes
Visa required for non-U.S. citizens before you go to Saudi Arabia: Visas are required for everyone except citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.
If you’re inside the U.S., there is the Embassy in Washington D.C. and three Consulates (Houston, New York, and Los Angeles).
