This type of visa (12- III) is for the following types of people:

  • Officials of International Organizations.
  • Experts from International organizations.
  • Officers for Cultural, Technical and Scientific Cooperation.
  • Consultants of international governmental or nongovernmental entities requested by the Ecuadorian government, under the respective agreement.
  • Administrative Staff from Diplomatic Missions, Consular Offices, Trade Ministries and International Organizations.
  • Military, Naval, Air and Police Attaches Assistants.
  • Domestics servants of Officials with diplomatic status.
  • Accompanying relatives of the petitioner, within second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
