- Go to my Dominican Republic visa page for information on the different types of visas for the Dominican Republic.
- Visa required for U.S. citizens: No, but you will need to purchase a tourist card upon arrival at the airport.
- Visa required for non-U.S. citizens: If you are not a U.S. citizen, check this page here to see if you need a visa.
- Where to find your closest embassy or consulate:
- If you’re inside the U.S, you apply at your closest consulate on this site here, but the consulates I have listed below are the only ones that have clear-cut information on how to apply for various visas. Note that the documents required for various visas change from consulate to consulate. Also, the New York website indicates nowhere what kind of visa services it provides. I recommend you call them to find out where you need to apply, if you are in that area.
- If you’re outside of the U.S.: Click here.
