If you decide to visit St. Vincent and the Grenadines, you need to have a passport and a roundtrip or onward ticket.
Unless you are from one of the Caricom Member states, you will most likely be granted a four week stay by the Immigration Department in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. If you get down there and decide that you like it so much that you want to stay for longer, you will need to get approval from the Immigration Department and pay an extension fee.

Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: No.
Visa required for non-U.S. citizens before you go to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Visas are required from nationals of The Dominican Republic, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, China, Iraq, Iran and Nigeria.

Be sure to check the website of your embassy or consulate.
Submit application fee (a bank draft payable to the Accountant General).
Fax your required materials from Step 2 to the Ministry of National Security in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Double check at that website.
Congratulations! The Ministry of National Security in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will give to you your brand new Saint Vincent and the Grenadines visa.
