You won’t find it really hard to get a business visa for Cape Verde. Despite the lack of quick to access visa information on the web for this beautiful island country, the steps are pretty easy.
A Cape Verde business visa can be obtained at the different Cape Verdean Embassies and Consulates around the world. Note that, if you do not have a diplomatic representation in your country of residence (either an embassy or a consulate), you can apply for a visa at the airport upon your arrival in Cape Verde.

Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to Cape Verde: Yes, a U.S. passport and a Cape Verdean visa are required. Two types of visas are available: a single-entry visa valid for up to 90 days or a multiple-entry visa valid for five years.
Visa required for non-U.S. citizens: All foreign nationals except citizens of ECOWAS countries, Angola, and South Africa must obtain a visa to enter Cape Verde.
