Visa required for non-U.S. citizens: Yes, visas required for everyone EXCEPT citizens of the following countries: Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde Islands, the Republic of Central Africa, Chad, Congo (Brazzaville), Cote d’Ivoire, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Toga and Tunisia, staying for three months.
