The D.C. Consulate serves the District of Columbia and the states of Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia and North American bases – except Guam. They will also accept applications from any US state if you’re willing to arrive in person to pick up your visa.

Validity of Business Visa – Vitem II

  • Duration of stay in Brazil is 90 days. Extension for a further same period may be requested at the Brazilian Federal Police before the visa expires and authorized at their discretion.
  • Under no circumstances, visitors can remain in Brazil longer than 180 days in any twelve-month (12) period counted from the day of first entry in Brazil.
