The New York consulate has jurisdiction over the states of New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Make sure you check how much you need to pay for your visa at this link. You need to get a money order in the correct amount.
Drop off the application at the Consulate or call the Consulate to ask for mailing instructions.
Congratulations! The Angolan Consulate will give to you your brand new Angolan visa. If you applied in person, go pick it up.
